Trümmelbach Falls and Männlichen
Our day in the Lauterbrunen Valley in the Bernese Oberland region was like a dream. Spectacular mountains and breathtaking scenery. We began our day with a visit to the world famous Trümmelbach Falls.
Then we made our way to Wengen where we would ride along the gondola cableway all the way up to Männlichen.
These cable cars are fantastic! Very comfortable and quiet, and not at all scary, even though you are way, way up high. When we got to the top of Männlichen we were greeted by some snow!
After a day full of breathtaking scenery and scaling mountains, we were happy to unwind at the beautiful Grandhotel Geissbach.
