DAY 1 – RELAX LIKE ROYALTY
Upon your arrival at Edinburgh Airport you will be met by your expert guide and driven to your hotel in Glasgow. Relax and explore Glasgow. Enjoy a welcome dinner.

DAY 2 – SCOTTISH CULINARY MASTERCLASS
Enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast. You will be cooking with authentic Scottish ingredients in an entertaining, relaxed and hands-on culinary masterclass with a professional chef (lunch included). Enjoy dinner on your own in Glasgow. Recommendations can happily be made upon your request.

DAY 3 – STIRLING AND HIGHLAND WHISKY GALORE!
Enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast. Take a visit to Stirling Castle followed by a whisky production tour and tasting at the Glengoyne Highland Single Malt Whisky Distillery. Do you have what it takes to be a Master Blender? An expert guide will divulge the secret art of whisky blending with the opportunity to create your own whisky to take home. The afternoon provides the chance to enjoy a Scotland favorite- High Tea.

DAY 4 – GLENCOE, OBAN & BY ROYAL APPOINTMENT; A SALMON SMOKEHOUSE
Enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast. Depart for a scenic journey including Loch Lomond and ‘The Rest & Be Thankful’ Mountain pass. Visit a salmon smokehouse for an insight on production followed by a light lunch tasting experience. Explore the seafood capital of Scotland, Oban, at your leisure. You may want to explore Oban’s own whisky distillery, harbor front micro-brewery or the local chocolate shop with a production viewing area. Tonight’s dinner entails a ‘Taste of Argyll Seafood Platter’ or ‘Surf & Turf’ while overlooking the sunset over the Island of Kerrera.

DAY 5 – LOCH NESS, URQUHART CASTLE, ‘BRIE MINE’ AND A NIGHT IN A CASTLE
Enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast. You will visit Urquhart Castle on the banks of Loch Ness and then off to Highland Cheesemakers for a light lunch. Explore the area and enjoy dinner on your own. You will love tonight’s accommodation at the 5-star Fonab Castle. (Pitlochry, Night 1)
DAY 6 – HIGHLAND PERTHSHIRE
Enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast. Visit the multi-award winning ‘Highland Chocolatier’ (winner of the world’s best dark chocolate truffle in 2015) for a delectable chocolate tour and exquisite tasting. Enjoy a unique behind-the-scenes look at an organic Aberdeen Angus Beef Farm, followed by a lovely Angus Steak Tasting lunch. Journey to Edinburgh for dinner and overnight accommodation.

DAY 7 – COOKING UP THE HAGGIS – OUR NATIONAL DISH AND OTHER DELICACIES!
Enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast. Time to sit back, relax and let the culinary demonstration flow! Today includes a delicious Scottish tasting lunch. Experience a fascinating insight into why Haggis is still ‘Chieftain of the Pudding Race.’ Take a private guided tour of Edinburgh Castle.

DAY 8 – EXPLORING EDINBURGH
At your leisure, explore one of the most fascinating small cities in the world- Edinburgh! Gather for a farewell dinner at a Michelin StarRestaurant.
DAY 9 – ‘FAREWELL’
Enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast. Depart for Edinburgh Airport.
