Ron Boucher is a certified executive chef and full time faculty member in the Hospitality Management Department at the Peter T. Paul School of Business & Economics. He owns and operates Chez Boucher Cooking School & Catering where he offers a true hands-on cooking experience in a series of classes designed for the novice to the gourmet enthusiast alike. Fourteen years ago Ron teamed up with Olde Ipswich Tours in Ipswich, MA, to offer culinary excursions to both Italy and France. In spring 2019 the team is heading to Sardinia, Italy for a culinary tour with friend and wine expert, Vincenzo Emprin.
