This is a unique tour led by our friends, Chef Giovanni Graziani and his wife Paula, owners of the Caffé Graziani restaurant in Salem, Massachusetts. They are going to take you to Giovanni's home town of Piglio for an unforgettable, behind-the-scenes culinary adventure. You'll meet Giovanni's friends and local chefs in the beautiful little village of Piglio (about an hour from Rome), you'll be welcomed into their kitchens for a cooking class and wonderful dinners, you'll visit a winery owned by Giovanni's friend, and you'll enjoy an intimate travel experience unlike no other tour in the world. We've combined the visit to Piglio with Rome, Florence, and San Gimignano in Tuscany to make up a perfect vacation.
